I had the occasion to use EMT Computer Consulting several times. Their president, Kyle Edwards, has very efficiently solved both computer and internet issues. On several occasions he was able to solve my computer problems remotely without even having to come to my home. In talking with Kyle I learned he was previously IT director for two large municipal governments. He’s great to work with and I highly recommend him.

I’ve worked with Kyle and his team at Edwards Managed Technology Computer Consulting (EMTCC) over the years and they are very knowledgeable, prompt and personable. Over the last 10+ years, I have worked with EMTCC on a variety of professional and personal technology projects. We are a small business and our server finally bit the dust. Within the day he was there with a new server in tow, had the entire system synched up and running as well as ensuring there was a remote desk top connection so that if there were any future complications, we could be taken care of almost instantaneously. As a small business we appreciate the fact that Kyle did not attempt to sell or install any excessive amount of software that we would not use or need. He also ensured before even attempting the work that his bid met what we needed and could afford. We are glad to have found his service and hope that he can continue to service our IT needs.

 

I had an old laptop from college laying around which didn’t seem to work anymore but I knew the hard drive still had pictures and documents which I wanted to get access to again. EMTCC made it easy for me to send the laptop to them without any hassle. Shortly after, I got a flash drive with the data and I knew the old laptop was recycled responsibly.

I was in desperate need of a used laptop a few years ago and went looking online and found Kyle… at that point the search was over for all my laptop/computer needs. Since that time Kyle has been there to help me out with every request I had for him. Husband & I have a small business so it’s important to have such a knowledgeable person who is always available to assist when needed, from repairs, software, transferring huge files, locating stolen devices and more.  Kyle has really been amazing to work with, we are very satisfied customers and will always use emtcc.

I’ve had this service for several years. Having this service makes me feel secure knowing i can get help at a moment’s notice by phone or email. At 76 years old I frankly can be baffled by technology. First off I believe Kyle has me properly protected so I don’t need to contact him often but when I do they talk to me in a way I understand & give me info I need & always a quick fix.
